4. Orders, Pricing & Availability
All products are available in limited quantities and released monthly to preserve freshness, potency and performance. Prices are listed in Canadian currency and are subject to change at any time. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

5. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within Canada. Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Delivery timelines are calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other external factors.

6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the personal and handcrafted nature of our skincare, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at support@onecompassbeauty.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right.

7. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use our website or products for unlawful purposes, including but not limited to: resale, exploitation, or any activity that violates applicable laws or infringes on intellectual property rights.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

If resolution cannot be reached informally, any dispute shall be settled by binding arbitration in Alberta, Canada, excluding class actions and jury trials. Either party may seek relief in small claims court if applicable.
